Learn, Lead, Build Our Nation

The Management Team

A Message from the Barakah Kunda School Management Team

Hi,

Thanks so much for visiting our website—it really means a lot to us.

We are the team behind Barakah Kunda School, and this project is something we care deeply about. Our goal is simple, to give children in The Gambia, especially those from struggling families, the chance to get a quality education, free of charge.

For many of our students, school isn’t just a place to learn. It’s a lifeline. It’s a safe space where they’re encouraged, supported, and given the tools to build a better future, not just for themselves, but for their whole community.

We want to make sure every child has what they need to succeed, whether that’s a school uniform, a hot meal, a kind teacher, or access to a laptop. But we can’t do it alone.

None of this can happen without the kindness of people like you.

Your support helps us open our doors each day. It helps us keep our classrooms running, support our teachers, and give each child a chance to dream bigger. Whether it’s a one-off gift or a regular donation, every bit goes a long way.

Thanks again for being here, and for believing in what we’re building.

With much gratitude,
The Management Team
